Terms and Conditions
Last updated:
These terms apply to your use of abhimitra.com and to live or recorded workshops offered by Abhi Mitra through this website. Please read them together with the Refund Policy before registering or making a payment.
1. Using this website
Use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access, misuse another person’s details or share malicious content. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement, or have the appropriate consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Workshop details and registration
Each workshop page describes the format, schedule, time zone, duration, price and any included resources or recording. Review those details and any stated prerequisites before registering. Only the items described as included form part of your registration.
Provide accurate name, email and mobile details. Access information is sent to the registered email address. Free registrations are confirmed when accepted; paid registrations are confirmed after successful payment verification. A pending or failed payment does not confirm a place.
3. Prices, discounts and payment
Workshop prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). Any active discount is reflected in the amount shown before payment. Discounts apply to eligible new registrations while available and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases. A refund, where eligible, is based on the amount actually paid.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Check the workshop and amount before completing checkout. If money is debited but your registration is not confirmed, contact us with the payment reference before attempting another payment.
4. Access and participation
You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and any software or third-party account identified as necessary for the workshop. Join live sessions at the published time and keep meeting links, recordings and private access links confidential.
Participation must be respectful and must not disrupt other attendees. Recordings, certificates, downloads and ongoing access are included only where expressly stated on the workshop page. Do not record a session or share another participant’s information without permission.
5. Workshop materials and intellectual property
Unless an accompanying licence says otherwise, workshop recordings, slides and resources are provided for your personal learning. Do not resell, publicly distribute or reproduce them for commercial use without written permission. Original venture logos, third-party materials and software remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licences.
6. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Live workshop cancellations requested at least seven days before the scheduled start are eligible for a full refund. The cutoff, later cancellations, organiser cancellations and refund process are explained in the Refund Policy. If we cancel a live workshop, or move it to a time you cannot attend, you may request a full refund instead of a replacement session.
7. Third-party services and support
Payment processing, email delivery, live meetings and recordings may involve third-party services, which have their own terms. If access fails or the service differs materially from its description, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
8. Educational content and your rights
Workshops provide education and practical guidance. Outcomes depend on your participation and how you apply the material; no employment, income or business result is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms for future website use and registrations. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and remedies applicable to you.
10. Contact
For questions, access issues or complaints, email help@abhimitra.com. Include the workshop name and registered email address, and a payment reference where relevant.
